Staying in touch with the people who already know you
Email marketing is the cheapest way to reach people who have already done business with you or asked to hear from you. They know your name, they trusted you with an address, and a well-timed email reminds them you are still here when they need you again.
The hard part is not pressing send. It is sending something worth opening, to a list that is clean and willing, from a domain the inbox providers trust — and then knowing whether it actually brought in work.
We run email campaigns for service businesses and professional firms across Atlanta, GA and Greenville, SC: newsletters, one-off campaigns and the small automations that keep a customer list warm without anyone having to remember to do it.
- Sent only to people who asked to hear from you
- Designed to match your brand and read properly on a phone
- Authenticated so it reaches the inbox, not the spam folder
- Measured on clicks, replies and bookings, not just opens
what's included
Everything that goes into a campaign that works
Newsletters
A regular email your customers are glad to get: what is new, what is seasonal, what you have learned. Written in your voice and sent on a schedule you can actually keep.
One-off campaigns
A move, a new service, a seasonal push, a change of name or website. A single well-timed email to people who already know you often does more than a month of social posts.
Branded templates
Templates that match your logo, colors and website, built to read properly on a phone and in the email apps people really use — including the awkward ones.
List setup & cleanup
Importing the contacts you have, removing the addresses that bounce or never engage, and putting a sign-up form on your site so the list keeps growing on its own.
Consent & CAN-SPAM
Every email carries your business address and a working unsubscribe, and goes only to people who agreed to receive it. We do not mail bought or scraped lists.
Deliverability
SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up on your domain. Google and Yahoo now require authentication from bulk senders, and without it even good emails end up in spam.
Simple automations
A welcome email when someone signs up, a thank-you and review request after a job, a reminder when it is time to book again. Set up once, working every day.
Reporting that means something
Clicks, replies, bookings and unsubscribes, not just opens. Apple Mail Privacy Protection counts many emails as opened whether anyone read them or not.
how it works
From a spreadsheet of contacts to a campaign
01
Set Up & Clean
We authenticate your domain, choose or tidy up the platform, and import your contacts — dropping the ones that would only hurt your sending reputation.
02
Design & Write
A template built around your brand, and emails written around what your customers actually care about rather than whatever fills the space.
03
Send & Measure
Campaigns go out on schedule, automations run in the background, and each month we look at what brought in clicks, replies and bookings.
This is a good fit if
- You have a list of past customers and have never really used it
- Your business runs on repeat work, referrals or seasonal bookings
- You send the odd email yourself but it keeps landing in spam
- You want a newsletter but never find the time to write one
- You want to know which emails actually bring in work
Probably not a fit if
- You want to buy a list and mail strangers
- You are looking for daily promotional blasts
- You do not have customers or subscribers to email yet
- You judge a campaign by its open rate alone
questions
Questions we get asked
No. Bought lists are people who never agreed to hear from you, and mailing them is the quickest way to land in spam folders and damage the domain you send from. We will help you grow a list of people who actually asked to be on it.
As often as you have something worth reading. For most local businesses that is monthly, with the odd one-off campaign around a season, an offer or a change. Sending more often than you have things to say is how lists stop opening.
Usually one of three things: the domain is not authenticated with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, the list contains addresses that bounce or never engage, or the content looks like spam to a filter. We check all three before sending anything.
Not on their own. Apple Mail Privacy Protection loads images automatically, which counts many emails as opened whether anyone read them or not. Clicks, replies and bookings tell you far more about whether a campaign worked.
Whichever suits you. If you already use one, we can usually work inside it. If you are starting fresh, we will recommend one that fits the size of your list and what you want it to do, rather than whatever we happen to prefer.
Those are our home markets and where most clients are, but the work is not location-dependent. If you are elsewhere and it is a good fit, we are happy to talk.
